A few points
1) There is not, nor has there ever been a single shred of indisputable evidence to attest to the existence of 'God'. Your belief in a god is through faith - i.e. the acceptance of a particular story based not on hard evidence but on belief alone - a self fulfilling system that you will not alter despite the total lack of proof until knowledge, education or experience teach you otherwise. This is the essence of faith, and it is a form of intellectual suicide.
2) as none of the thousand of gods worshipped by humankind have ever actually existed, neither do the tales of 'Heaven' or 'Hell'.
3) Therefore 'God' does not forgive (as he/she/it does not exist) and no one goes to the imaginary destination of 'Hell'.
So in a nutshell: your born, you live, you die - and that is all. Sound meaningless?
That's because it is. Sorry about that.

There really is a Hell and people really do go there. Sorry to say.
If God was going to forgive you even if you don't ask, then what would be the purpose of becoming a Christian?
The Bible clearly states you can get to Heaven through him alone - you have to be a Christian and ask him into your heart and live according to him and ask forgivness on a daily basis.

People really go to hell. I think God forgives a lot, but people have to really be sorry for what they did, and ask for forgiveness.

If there really is a hell, then people really go there. Why else would there be a hell? I think God forgives those who are sorry before the whole hell thing looms large at them. God needs to see a reason why you change, and a change. God needs to see true contrition and a dedication to sin no more.

sounds like your mothers and fathers are actual hippocrates. before each little thing, you've been a only a baby! 14 years previous is really out of taking section in with toys, for goodness sakes! Now you're 29 or so. sounds like you probably did a to blame element, and were given your act mutually formerly than many human beings do. Athough i'm an Atheist, my opionion is this: you probably did a good element. You had a baby, were given married. Your tab with God could be fairly good, a minimum of on that count number. certainly, your mothers and fathers may be the single asking God's forgiveness for being so spiteful! My ideas are they're only utilising faith as a preserve for being such undesirable mothers and fathers to you. you're 29 now. You grew up. they did not. So i'd lay down my own ultamatim. tell them they could forgive you for a infantile mistakes. in the journey that they could't, decrease them off. after all, they did damage to you with the help of their spiteful nature. Why do you want them? And do you want your toddlers to develop up with such monsters close to them? develop your toddlers in a way it really is surely not so spiteful in what way matches you, be it religious or not. yet genuinely not around the cretins which could not develop you in a loving surroundings.

What do you mean by "hell?" The words in the bible that have been translated as "hell" include sheol (the grave, where everyone who dies goes), Hades (the Greek underworld), Gehenna (an actual place outside the city where the bodies of the dishonored dead were tossed to burn and rot), and Tartarus (which is somehow related to being incarcerated in eternal torment.) None of these are spoken of as the final resting place even of the damned. Everyone will be raised from the dead and will have their works judged. Those whose names are not in the Lambs book of life get tossed in the lake of fire. There is a debate about whether the torture they experience there is unending or only "age-long." Either way, I think it's going to totally suck and it would be better to come to God while you know you can.

Everybody goes to hell because we all sin against the lord. God will be lonely with nobody there but his angels and the ghost of himself and his son who is himself...
Beg and cry, plead for forgiveness all you want to you will be there in hell.
God is vengence and god is a god of wrath! God made hell and anyone who is not perfect gets to go and be tortured there for all eternity.
God thinks this is funny.

Yes people go to hell but it also takes more than just asking God to forgive you for your sins. You have to devote you life to him, telling people about him, becomeing closer to him, reading the bible and doing what it says, let him direct your life, etc.

It is my belief you need to ask for forgiveness if you want to avoid hell. Depending on the sins/crimes you could just be going to Purgatory.
Either way forgiveness needs to be asked for and you need to mean it and want it.
And yes people go to hell, if they have earned it.

Yup, people really go to hell.
God only forgives those who by faith receive His grace.
