What changes in regulatory affairs have been made at AstraZeneca? How do they develop a regulatory strategy?

Any info would be greatly appreciated! I'm also curious about the structure of the dept...who reports to to who, how do they react to suprises, etc.?

i have to be honest and show my ignorance in that i have no idea who/what AstraZeneca is... and it seems like no-one else does either...

There are web sites for AstraZeneca, both U.S. and U.K. web sites. I don't know enough about the company to help you. I know that they are a pharmaceutical company and also supply health care services, but you may get better results to your question in the business category of Answers.
