Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Go to a qualified nutrionist. Get a blood test to determine that everything is ok so that your diet will help you to lose pounds safely.
Follow instructions and do not cheat!
As far as losing 2 pounds for school tomorrow would it not be better to lose as much as you need to lose and keep it off permanently by eating and exercising properly!

Drink a gallon of water throughout the day, eat fruits and vegitables all day, if you want meat, eat lean chicken or turkey. Try to stay away from bread.

eat nothing ...i loose 2 lbs in like 3 days 1 day of nothing the next day water and then iv lost 2 and i get back to normal eating

You're not going to lose 2 pounds in a day, you superficial little brat. Who cares about TWO damn pounds? Trust me, you have bigger things to worry about. Try ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, or perhaps breast cancer. Why don't you worry about something like GRADES instead of some baby fat?

dropping even 2# in one day is not good hun..
avoid white flours.. such as white bread - white noodles - etc.
avoid added sugars - added salts
eat breakfast - lunch - snack - dinner - late night snack
never go beneath 1200 calories..
if it possible for you to wait and lose the 2# in one week.. please.

i know this is nasty but alot of my friends that were in wrestling would take a poo before there mach to make sure they were in the right weight class

WHATEVER you do do not starve your self yea it makes you tiny but it also makes you sick!and there is no posible way unless lipo-suctioin or i think that is how you spell it
