Why do you want to grow up so fast? Keep your innocence for a few more years and you'll be a better man because of it.
If you start behaving promiscuously now no one's gonna wanna touch you when you're older. Especially if you gloat about it. How ever cool you think you are or will be for getting numbers, you're wrong.
One day you're gonna meet that special someone and your body count is just gonna make them wonder what kind of guy you really are and they'll walk on by. No girl wants to be with a player.
Furthermore, why do you need tips if you've already kissed 3 girls? Perhaps you have more respect for this person? If so, you won't treat her as a conquest, coz from what you said in your question, it's what you're looking for.

I've known my ex since I was 4 as well but he liked me and I didn't know until just this year. You look into her eyes and u tilt your head right and u put you hand at the back of her head and pull her in.

u r a little young 2b considering puppy love, though i am with my boyfriend who ive been with for 4years and that started when i was 16. just b cool and friends 4 a year longer, if u cant help but want 2kiss her, just do it. u'll know if she likes u then!
