Usually if a problem in with sex pops up a relationship its time to take a step back on it. Wether its him cheating or you not understanding his lack of needing it in the relationship, you need to talk with the guy till you understand a little better whats going on. Also, there is no good or bad time to have sex in a relationship your both defining what it means to be in the relationship with each other so its up to you and him to terms with that new purpose (always hated the term responsiblity) in each others lives.

Yes, he does care. A relationship shouldn't be based solely on sex. If you have a GUY who is willing to wait, it's a good sign. Usually it's the only thing they want, and since he's wants to wait, you should be happy.

Well really you both need to wait until you are married.
Sex should be something that you share in a marriage relationship. Not something that you do because you think it will strenthen your relationship because a lot of times that is what bakes it up.
He is smarter than you think

He's doing the right thing, except the stronger relationship should be marriage, itself. IF his motive are pure, then you would be foolish to let him get away.

It is about a guy who is smart enough to know what comes after sex. If you are right for eachother, it is o.k. with both of you to wait.

Please wait.... This should be a clue that he obviously sees something in you that is a stronger connection and intimacy might stale it out a little. Just wait, those that wait comes great things.

Very smart person you have there....do not fault him at all. Be honest about how you feel and he is being honest about the way he feels so your relationship will be great if it is ment to be...Just go with the flow and see whre it goes.

Some people just want to get to know their spouse better for they go into a more intimate relationship. He probably just wants to feel more secure about you.
