I think it would be kind to have him neutered unless you want to breed from him. It would take away the urge and the stress! other than that perhaps just bring him indoors- distract him with games and toys and ride it out! the poodle won't be in heat for too long.

saw a dog once jump thro a closed window for the same reason
so if you dont let him out at least open your window

Get him neutered, it is healthier and he won't have the need to get to the other dog anymore. He will be less stressed.

try nutering him or if u want puppies then get to no the owner and talk to her and see if u could get them 2gether and have puppies.
but if neithere keep in the farthest room in the house from ur room.

buy some ***** in season spray and spray it on him, they sell it in pet shops and it does the trick as i had the same problem, £3.49 per can it lasts for ages and it really works
