Why don't they sell salsa in ketchup bottles?

cuz they sell them in jars so you can just dip the tortilla chips in it

They do. II have seen that brands like Pace and Old El Paso now sell their salsas in plastic squeeze bottles.

quality salsa would be too chunky to put in ketchup bottles
easier to dip in the open jars
