I need to create a safety manual for my Job but I dont have the necessary training to do it . Help

Instead of looking for a course, which would take a lot of time, look for examples of other companies' safety manuals. Look on the internet first, your local library or contact local companies and try to borrow theirs. A technical writing course won't necessarily teach you how to specifically write a safety manual. If technical writing is a career you're interested in, then by all means, go for it! If this manual is the only thing you'll have to write, then just follow someone else's example!
