A cow is standing 5 feet from the middle of the bridge. A train is coming towards the cow at speed of 90 miles per hour from the near end and the train is twice as long as the bridge. If the cow had tried to move forward in the same direction as of the train then the cow would have got hit be three feet. But it moved in opposite direction to the train and saved by one feet. Then What is the length of the bridge

The cow moves 2 feet and the bridge is 12 feet long

Implied: distance1 is from the center to the edge of the bridge towards the train, distance2 is from the center to the edge of the bridge away from the train
distance1+3=distance2-1
distance1+4=distance2

If the cow moves one foot at a time then he starts 5 feet from the center (noted as -5 to imply a unknown but consistent direction). Each foot moved follow below, distance from center is the absolute value.

-5
-6 -4
-7 -3
-8 -2
-9 -1
-10 0

The second step implies that the cow is 7 feet away from the center and 3 feet away from the center (but also 3 feet from the edge) which fits the formula and would make the bridge 12 feet long

After 5 feet, he is either 10 feet from the center or at the center
-11 1
-12 2
-13 3
-14 4
-15 5
-16 6
-17 7
-18 8
-19 9
-20 10
After 15 feet he is either 20 feet from the center or 10 feet from the center.

There is no point where he will be within a four foot difference from either end after the first 5 feet

No I cannot.

(Don't you need a bit more information, like how fast the cow moved or something?)

bridge length = x
cow is at point: (x/2)-5
train = 2x

I can't solve it because I don't understand the riddle...
