Why do people wear camoflauge clothing? Are they trying to be invisible? Do they know we can still see them?

I thought that was funny. To each his own.

I recently purchased "faux" camouflage for my son. It's a white t-shirt with gray and white camouflage sleeves. I bought it purely for the design. It doesn't look like military garb. I wouldn't buy realistic looking camouflage for my son. Frankly, I don't want him looking like a little soldier. He's four.

PS His arms aren't invisible when he wears it. Maybe they would be if he stood in front of the TV when the cable was out? : )

This is a good question. Why do so many people think camo is a good fashion statement? These are probably the same people that think the military is nothing but baby killers. If you like camo- you get your first 4 sets free, 2 summers and 2 winters.

I wear camo - it is in fashion now - but then i go hunting too. It does make it easier to hide in bushes and shadows. Breaks up outlines, that type thing. Doesn't work very well in the city but it does look cool.
