Millions of people would love to have the opportunity that only a couple hundred professional have to get paid huge amounts of money to golf. Wiht such intense competition, minimum requirements are that you have to:

1) be born with exceptional hand-eye co-ordination, timing and natural skill;
2) have the time and the resources to devote your full time to practice; and
3) be extremely lucky.

If you have to ask chances are you don't have enough talent, money or time to make a living at Golf. Golf is one of the toughest of all sports even tougher than baseball. Ted Williams claimed Baseball was tougher. But he was a great ball player and only a reasonable golfer so apparently he didn't believe himself.

You probably need to live out on the West Coast where you can play year round. I think playing golf becomes your job.

PRATICE, YOU NEED TO LIVE WHERE YOU CAN PLAY YEAR ROUND, FIND PEOPLE TO BE YOUR BACKERS, AND GIVE THEM A % OF YOUR EARNINGS...GO TO Q SCHOOL AND GOOD LUCK...

all u have to do is enter tournaments. u dont need to get "signed" or "scouted"... just enter tournaments.
