If her tummy's a bit distended, even though you haven't changed her diet. And if she seems a bit tired, moodier, or hungrier. Her tummy might be more sensitive, depending on how far along she is, and sometimes you can feel heartbeats.

A cats gestation period is about 65 days more or less. About a month into it her belly will grow, and her nipples will get pink. Also the hair around the nipples will disappear. She'll become moody, and might challenge anyone getting too close to her. Toward the end, she'll start to nest, that is look for a place to have the kittens. You'd better come up with a place for her, a cage or something, or you night be digging mom and kittens out of your closet, attic, or behind the dryer.
Source out a vet too. Cats can have all the same kind of problems humans do delivering babies, and you could have to rush a mom in distress to the local vet hospital.

Take her to the vet, who will be able to tell. Gestation period is not long, only about 8 weeks, I think. If she is, once she's had her kittens, get her neutered. Believe me, you'll be doing her and cats in general a big favour. There are just too many cats and not enough good homes for them. If you're worried about the cost of having her neutered, see if Cats Protection, the Blue Cross or PDSA will help.

Take her to a vet. They will be able to determine fairly early on if she is pregnant. While you're at the vet's, get her spayed. Too many kittens are born into this world and many of them are euthanized or run wild because there aren't enough loving homes for them. Cats can even be spayed while they are pregnant, unless they are later along, but if she was, I'm sure you would know. Good luck!

YOU CAN TELL IS SHE STARTS NESTING I.E. GOING SOMEWHERE QUITE AND OUT OF THE WAY USUALLY SOMEWHERE WARM. IF YOU FEEL HER TUMMY DEPENDING ON HOW FAR GONE SHE IS YOU CAN FELL THE KITTENS, THEY FEEL LIKE LITTLE BUMPS AND ALSO HER TEATS WILL START TO LEAK WHITISH FLUID.
