depends on if you arre supose to be driving

It depends on wheither you were dead before or after you hit the other car - if the heart attack MAKES you swerve hit and kill oncomming traffic - then no. But if you have a heart attack AS A RESULT of swerving and hitting oncomming traffic - then you would.

I don't know if they can really tell if you died before or after a head on collision (or if they would care - if your dead, your dead), but that would be an interesting question to pose to a CHP officer.

A lady I used to work with had this happen to her husband (he had a heart attack in a big rig and subsiquently killed - I don't know - something like 10 people, but I never asked her about this...).
