Get a thermos, make sure its a heavy duty metal one thats medium sizd to cary your lunch in. That way you could pack rice or soup and I'd still be warm!

Heres a standard one which you both may like. Fry or bake 3-4 ckicken breasts ( season them with a touch garlic, salt, and pepper in case you want). placed them in a casserol dish. Pour in a can or jar of spagetti sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzerella cheese( use a lot mmm!) Bake contained in the oven at 325 degrees lengthy sufficient to warmth the sauce and melt the cheese 20-1/2-hour. leave it uncovered in the different case it may get a touch watery. even as its baking, prepare dinner some noodles of your selection to serve them on. French bread and an excellent salad make it an excellent meal. wish you try it and prefer it.

I take my lunch to wrk & do not use the microwave. Make your lunch the night before. I do alot of Chef style Salads: Use chicken, tuna, cheese etc.
Also just portion of protien with raw veggies, I also like things like Apple with Nut butters. Slice the apple, & use nut butter as a dip. Fruit & Cheese works super too.
Think outside the "Box" & you will be surpised at what you come up with.

Go to the store with your mom and tell her the things you like. See if she agrees with you. Remember always pack something healthy!
