Well thats good that you don't want to starve yourself. I recommend starting to exercise everyday at least 30 minutes, maybe walking or something. Eat more sensibly and cut your portions in half. Or you can go to www.slimfast.com and use their free program, its AWESOME!!

if you stop eating completely your health will just get worse an once youve lost the weight you'll just gain it right back when you start eating again. the proper way to lose weight is by gaining healthy eating habits and calorie counting the average girl needs to eat about 1300 calories a day if you want to lose weight then you need to eat less calories try cutting down to 1000, the best thing you can do for yourself is setting an appointment with a nutritionist he'll weigh you and check your height tell you how much you should weigh and help you write out a diet plan, you'll come in once in a while for check ups. also join a gym, if prefer not to, go on walks a few nights a week even starting with a 20 minute walk is good.

No longer eating is NOT a way to lose weight.
You need to exercise and change your eating habits. Drink lots more water, little to no soda or sports drinks. Eat whole grains and watch your portions - learn what a serving is for your favorite foods. Find exercises on the internet that you can do while watching tv, go for brisk walks, try jogging. Get plenty of sleep.
Exercise before eating, because that way, your body will burn more fat. Also, exercise suppresses hunger, so you will eat less.
You need to eat to fuel your body, and no one likes being hungry. Just be sure that what you put in your body is good for you and will last you for a while, rather than eating junk food and will leave you hungry again in an hour.

Well I'm also fat but now I just think how life would be if I stayed the same. So I eat then right after do like 30 sit-ups. Hope this helps.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Go on a low carb diet. You can eat tons of meat/dairy - but you just cut out all the bad carbs like breads/pasta/etc. If you can stick to it you can lose a lot of weight and still be able to eat.

Limite your intake of sugar and carbs (carbs converts into sugar) do not drink pop, fruit juice(fruit juice has too many natural sugars in it too!). Do not eat white bread, white sugar, rice(converts to sugar). Drink plently or water and some milk. But most importantly excercise daily!Either that or get liposuction...

Eat 3 protiens day (meats, peanuts) 5 vegetables a day (broccoli etc.) and 6 cups of water each day.
