If you die, it won't make a difference unless he does exist.

I would rather die and find out He doesn't exist. If I die and it turns out there is no God, well, because of my faith in Him, I believe I'm a better father for my daughter and that I have positively impacted the lives of many youth that I volunteer with. When I pass away, even if there is no God, people will remember me as a good man who made a positive difference in people's lives. On the other hand, if I didn't believe in God and then when I died, God says to me, "Who are you? You ignored Me your entire life, despite having the Bible right there showing you how to live." Oops.

So, I guess if you look at it as cynically as possible, better to believe and be wrong than to not believe and be wrong.

I would prefer to not believe in God than to live a lie my whole life later to die and figure out he doesn't exist. But also if i don't believe in God than how would i find out he doesn't exist, If religion believes there is life after death? It's really hard to make a decision but i would go to not believing any ways.

I feel like this when you die no one really knows what happens. Everyone has something different to say about what is going to happen.

Until someone comes back from the dead and tells me what happens this is when I will believe it. How do people really know? Why are people assuming that there is a God? I want to know who wrote the bible? Was it God himself or was it a regualr person who was just assuming?

A very interesting question. I personally have been a bit afraid to examine my life without my belief in god. That is a personal weakness of mine. In that scenario I may be lost without my moral compass, I dont know. I do know that I would like to believe I will be nice and kind to people but it is an easy way out. It will require a lot of learning and experience for me to develop a philosophy for my life then. An interesting question yes:)

I would rather believe in God now to only find out that he didn't exist than to not believe in God at all.

well, if I died and God dint exist, then I suppose I would cease to be so how would I be disappointed?

sorry, no third options....

I would rather believe all my life. Believing gives you a sense of purpose (or at least for me it does.) So id rather have a whole life of meaning than darkness.

I would rather die believing, because then I have tried to lead a good life. Sort of the no harm no foul rule. I have hurt no one by believing in God my entire life, even if it was a lie.

I should rather die believing in God even if I will find out He doesn't exists.

At least in life I have principles, and I have faith in everything I do even if I don't have proofs. I have hope amidst the evil of this world.

I think this world is so messed up that there has to be someone waiting for us. I'm not bashing on other religions...and I'm not pushing my own. I simply think that God (whoever He is to you) is something to look forward to after life. If we've all been wrong this whole time, then at least there will be an ignorant peace upon our death. If He is real, then there will be some sad people who wished they hadn't cursed him and shut him out.

Would you rather believe in God or die not believing in God only to find out He does exist.

too answer you question: #2.

But since I KNOW there is a God I have no worries.
