There is a taste difference also a texture difference. I enjoy both depending on what I am in the mood for.

They dont taste the same...no...but if cooked correctly, turkey tastes wonderful too. The first thing that I do is add some grill seasoning...that is a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic power and different spices. Mix it into the turkey well. I also add grated onion. This gives it a onion flavor as well as helps the meat stay moist. Turkey is so lean it needs the onion or some other kind of veggie to keep it moist. I prefer mine grilled. I eat mine just like I would a beef burger with tomato and pickles and lettuce. It really does taste good!

Turkey burgers don't taste like hamburgers, since turkey is a little more bland. It can be seasoned up very nicely, though. It will also be more beige in color when cooked, so don't go looking for that nice brown color. It's still very good, plus you're eating waaaaay less fat and calories, so all-in-all, I say go for it! I ate them for years!

I love them and it's the only way I eat burgers pretty much. I love them better than beef burgers. If I do eat a beef burger, it has to be very low fat like 3 or 4 percent.

If you season it like you do beef hamburgers it will taste about the same with maybe a little different texture but they will be very good.

Yeah, you can, but turkey burgur still tastes good. They fall apart easier on the grill though, so be careful.

It really doesn't. I hate to sound like a cliche, but it tastes like chicken.
