not sure if this is what he means, but a "fluffer" is a girl who keeps porn stars hard in between shots. not going to get into details, but she uses her mouth....

I'm not sure what he means it is pertaining to you...but a fluffer is used in the porn industry. The fluffer gets the girl/guy turned on before they go on camera but they don't actually get the girl/guy off. If that's what you are doing, then that's why he's calling you a fluff girl.
