WHAT IS THE THINK WHICH IS BEFORE THE WOMAN BUT BEHIND THE COW ?

It is one of the ONE Hundred & Fifty Year old Question which is existed in the books of the INTELLIGENCE & PSYCHOLOGY TEST which were printed by England publishers in the year around 1860 .
and now the same question is being copied in all the current books for the copetitive Examination ,Psychology Test and Interviews for the ICS & CSS posts

The Interview Selection Board has framed this question to check the nature of thinking power and the internal characters of the candidates as well as their quick thinking power and bad mind.

But most of the 80 % candidate can not be understand that many Nos of Most easy questions have many Nos of Answers and so they alway try to answer a wrong answer of such question.

But the Actual fact is that the Selection committee /Selection Board has framed this question for the purpose of 1)- the checking of good and quick thinking power of most intelligent candidates 2)- The Selection Committee is al;so check the psychology of the candidates that what is the nature of thinking power of the and the internal characters of the Candidates. Whether theirattitude are toward the bad minded or good minded.

The Answers of this question are the following

1)- R/Sir, The correct answer is already existed in this question ie W. Hence it is useless to waste precious time.

2)- R/sir, When Answer is already existed in this question ,then why you are asking this question ?

3)- R/Sir, I dont like to answer such foolish question which answer is already existed in this question

4)- R/Sir, I( am not a bad minded person and so dont expect from me the other shameful answer only except W

5)- R/Sir, Although I know fully it all correct answer of this most easy question but I am not willing to
answer this question because there is also existed one obnoxious answer in it.

From the Above mentioned answers, The Selection Board the aware fully that
1)- the Candidate is really most intelligent

2)- He is one of the bold minded and most strict person

3)- He has a good thinking power as well as a quick decision power.

4)- He has ability of to maintaint strict Administeration power to set right his office.

5)- He dont like to waste his precious time in idle activities

6)- He is not a bad minded person and his internal characters are most satisfactory and good minded

7)- He can be proved one of the most excellent positive minded and Most efficient officer during his in future service and life

8)- That his indoor and outdoor social type activities are most excellent m.

9)- m he has really a good speaking power and can converse in english very fluently with correct using of Pronouciations and decently way of Talking.
10)- He is looking smart in his well dressed cloths and he take a great care to maintain a clean smart position.

11)- That his personality is most attractive and charming and he can deal with any foreign officer and delegation in most decent way

12)- That he can representate very well in the seminers/conferences of the foreign countries in most decent ways and can flourish the good name of his country and department.
