Here's a drink for ya, it's actually a shot. Watch out.
1/3 Peppermint schnapps
1/3 Kahlua
1/3 Baileys
Mix in that order. If done right when you add the Baileys it should look like a brain floating in the glass. They're very good. Called a Rattlesnake.

I like to drink Bailey's with a shot of cream mixed in. At their site I found some great recipes. This one sounds excelllent:

Bailey's Chocolatini
2oz of Bailey's
1/4 oz of Smirnoff Vodka
1/4 oz Godiva

Shake all togeter in cocktail shaker with ice and strain into martini glasses.
* I recommended this drink because Godiva is the best.

Check out the site for some great recipes.

It's not bad, but it's not the best Irish Cream on the market. St. Brendan's is smoother, but personally I prefer Bushmills Irish Cream because it's got more of a whiskey-kick to it!

Oh yes. And Malibu. You can put a capful in a coffee. You can pour it over or make it into ice cream. You can mix it with cream and pour it over mince pies or Xmas pud. You can mix it with whipped cream and add toasted coconut or almonds or hazels for a pud.

Yes in the right ambient and with the right girl - never try to get wasted on it, it's terrible the day after or when it says hello again!
