I would not reccomend this. A lot of trouble is what you're asking for if you think you can achieve this with no mess. I tried to be friends with benefits with an ex. We both ended up very hurt by each others' actions, even though there was no relationship to define what our limits were with other people. I tried it once more with a close friend. We now have a baby together and there is a big fat elephant in the room known as resentment.

Usually a friend of the opposite sex with whom you have sex, with no responsibilities or committments. In most cases, neither party is in a committed relationship with another person but neither of the involved partners want to be committed to each other. The only advantage I can see is that you usually know the person fairly well, and it is usually safer than with a stranger or a one night stand.

Its someone you have sex with but don't have a romantic 'relationship' with. The friends part is really irrelevant, its just a nicer way of saying f*ck buddy. In other words, its a physical connection without an emotional connection.

I had a few of these in highschool and college. Also known as a, for lack of a better term, ***** buddy. I tapped a few friends who were hot and you know what I would do it all over again if I could.

It is a friend that you can have sex with without being too committed to. A regular booty call who understands that you can have carefree sex without having to be in a serious relationship.

Friends who stay friends but have sex, just a sexual partner with out the being with them emotionally. It sounds good but its just like comunism it sounds cool but then sucks when under it.
