There's no way that Benny Hill was linked to Al Quaida ... he spent all his career trying to get women's clothes OFF, not cover them up!!
Now Rod Hull and Emu, there's a darkness there, no doubt about it ........
........... but personally, my money's on Zippy, Bungle and George.

It is true. In 1971 or 73, Hill et al were involved in a terrorist plot to blow up the Eiffel tower and render France, an arch enemy of Britian (Hill's country) in a state of panic. It almost worked but they were caught in France and given probation. It would have been France's 911. The case is found in the tribunal section of espionage/foreign criminal justice of the French jurisprudence.

Hardly. Mr Hill, was pretty much a recluse- in fact, he had been dead for 3 days in his apartment before anyone noticed- and that was only because of the smell
