Ask your dentist that what succes rates in terms of years of survival does the root canal has...if your tooth is not very carious(cavitated) and can be cured by a root canal treatment which has a good success rates(of maybe more than 5-10 years) than obviously root canal is much much better than getting them extracted...also remember that root canals are not actually that discomfortable bur extractions can be discomfortable(and sometimes painful)...So if your tooth is in a condition to be restored with root canal then I think you should prefer it....also remember that once you get it removed you actually cant get it back

Root canal, hands down bc if u pull them u'll have 2 get implants (which takes a lot of time and if something goes wrong u can lose permanent feeling in ur face) or removable partial dentures (which look bad bc they have these metal things that wrap around the opposing teeth so it's totally obvious).

Have a root canal-they are not as bad as they use to be. It is like having a filling done, besides if it is a tooth you need why pull it.

If you pull it, put in something cool. Gold is popular. Personally, I like razor blades. A root canal will hurt but you will keep your tooth.

Root canal is the best--always best to save teeth when you can; it costs a lot more to replace them later!
