As a chef I have used ingredients like it, Knoor Aromat, Maggi Aromats or theere is a Polish Vegetable seasoning, call Vegete.
Try Eastern European shops or Tesco even if you can get to Harrods or Sainburys.

Can I see the recipe? I think that would help me figure it out. Spice aroma touch doesn't sound right.
