a man decides to write his wife a dear jannie letter

dear janni

i hate to write this but this will be a relief off my chest.
after 25 years of marriage, i am leaving you.
you came home yesterday and i had cook your favorite meal.
you ate and didn't even say more than 3 words to me
you didn't even notice my new hair cut or my new sexy silk boxer
you don't even have an interest in sex with me any more.
are cheating on me, a dike, or just don't love me anymore?
then to top it off your boss called to say you quite your job
how will you support yourself and pay the bills now.
oh well i guess you'll have go back crawling on all fours and do some damn good begging. I'm not given you a dime!
oh and one last detail i forgot to mention.
you sister carla and i are moving to north dekota and planned to be married and have children after the divorce is final.
lets make this quick and painless!

your x-husband trully
myles

the reply from the soon-to- be x-wife
dear x-jerk of a husband

I came home yesterday and the first thing i noticed was your riddiculas girl hair cut.
it took everything i had in me not to lol and not to ask if you were in the right house.
as far as my favorite meal you jerk.
you must of had me confussed with my sister carla.
i stopped eaten pork 25 years ago.
i found very amussing that carla came over the day before yesterday and borrowed $50.00.
because you, like any other idiot forgot to take off the tag that stated the price $49.99 off the silk boxer.
but as for me quiting my job.
i must of forgot to tell you i stop off at a gas station and bought a scratch off ticket and then to my delight won a million dollars. I went to a travel agency and bought two tickets to the bahammas. Then went my to my job and said i quite.
but your right this is a relief.
I never cheated on you.
no i am not a lesbian.
and yes i was going to try to rekindle the flame.
screw it now.
i talked to my lawyer and he said you won't get a dime.
thanks to yours confession being written down word for word.
my lawyer thanks you for letting him have your seat on the plane
oh and one small detail i left out my sweet.
did i ever tell you my sister carla was born carl.
i hope that isn't a big problem.

all's fair in love and war
your soon to be x-wife

i hope that this cheers you up
i got this from my grannie

After reading all those awful answers, I decided to answer.

Your body is a electrical and chemical machine. When your body is moving, it makes more chemicals. Chemicals control your emotions. When your body is not moving, the chemicals drop, so you feel sad.

To get the emotions up, do this;

Stand in your kitchen, facing the counter top.
Hands on the top of the counter top.
Squat down slowly, go up slowly. 10 times.

Step back a bit, hands on the edge of the counter top.
Put one foot back, firmly on the floor.
Do counter top pushups. 10 times. Stretching the leg set back.

Repeat, with the other leg. 10 times.

This speeds up the metabolism, stretches the muscles, makes endorphins flow. Takes less than 10 minutes. Afterwards, you feel a lot better. Do anytime you feel down.

Play the song "Don't Worry be Happy."

Remember this: Look for the good things in life, because the bad ones will find you no matter what you do." (First said by my favorite author; me.)

Do something that INSPIRES you, your favorite hobby, listen to or sing your favorite song, go for a walk...whatever makes you happy.

If that doesn't work then you are suffering from depression. I have suffered from clinical depression for many years. Clinical Depression needs to be treated by a professional and diagnosed by a doctor. Normal depression can be best worked on by talking with someone. Try your preacher, your parents, your school counselor, or a friend. Find someone who you can trust to keep your secrets and confide in them. If that isn't enough then keep seeking help. If your depression is bad enough this could lead to a visit to a professional. If you have to go down that road then contact me, I have a lot of advice in that area.

The main thing is to find something that you like doing, even if it is answering questions on the Internet, then do it and ENJOY it. It is your responsibility to make yourself happy, because so many people in this world are trying to make themselves happy and they are just too busy doing that to make you happy.

I don't know what has you sad, but I want you to know that you are somebodys friend and idle even though you may not think so. Plus, you are someone's child. Most importantly you have a friend in Jesus and he can make you happy.
