Your hair might be fried. Start using conditioner on the ends and a conditioning treatment once a week.

Also, don't blow dry your hair so much, let it dry naturally.
Btw, this is just a weird idea of mine, but try massaging your scalp too. The shape of the hair follicle (where your hair comes out) affects it's feel. People with curly hair have the hole where the hair comes out shaped like this () and people with straight hair have this O. So your scalp might need some massaging to help relax it. :)

Maybe you should see if you changed the shampoo or maybe you are using straighteners or iron curlers which usually give that effect to hair,I expect that you talk about this questions with a hairdresser!Good Luck!

straighten it and u need to use good conditioner i know people love garnier fructise and all but it is cheep go to a salon look at the types of shampoo they have there and decide from there or just ask one of the poeple at the front and they will help u pick.

your hair is damaged.maybe because you straightened it too much but sometimes you have to let it down and and dry it out natural.
