You have not told us enough....such as reasons for your feelings, how long you've felt this way, etc.....

I only know to tell you to reach deep inside and pull out the strength you know you have.....

Good luck with this.

How to Help Yourself If You are Depressed

Depression can make a person feel exhausted, worthless, helpless and hopeless. Such negative thoughts and feelings make some people feel like giving up. It is important to realize that these negative views are part of the depression and typically do not reflect actual circumstances.

In the meantime:

Set realistic goals in light of the depression and assume a reasonable amount of responsibility.
Break large tasks into small ones, set some priorities and do what you can, as you can.
Try to be with other people and to confide in someone; it is usually better than being alone and secretive.
Participate in activities that may make you feel better.
Mild exercise, going to a movie or a ball game, or participating in religious, social or other activities may also help.
Expect your mood to improve gradually, not immediately; feeling better takes time.
It is advisable to postpone important decisions until the depression has lifted. Before deciding to make a significant transition -- change jobs, get married or divorce -- discuss it with others who know you well and have a more objective view of your situation.
People rarely "snap out of" a depression. But they can feel a little better day-by-day.
Remember, positive thinking will replace the negative thinking that is part of the depression, and this negative thinking will disappear as your depression responds to treatment.
Let your family and friends help you.

I Hope this helps.

Begin counting the good things in your life, no matter how small. Look at yourself in the mirror & tell yourself that you are grateful for whatever is on your list. Also remind yourself that you are meant to be on this planet, even if you don't know the reason why, you have purpose.

Practice making your mind a calm and peaceful place, where it's beautiful & you're completely comfortable. Start internally before you ever go externally & remember that you are valuable, priceless, and unique. Then move on to helping others, reaching out to them, and offering encouragement, smiles, hugs, and understanding.

Even if you don't feel like it, when you wake up always get dressed, do your hair, makeup, whatever makes you feel pretty. Don't sit around in your pjs. Go somewhere even if you don't feel like it- by yourself or with a friend. Keep a diary of how you feel. Write down every emotion you have inside. Find at least one person you can talk to that you trust. Find an organization where YOU can help OTHERS. I promise this helps. Discover your faith. What do you believe in? People who believe and practice a religion usually are less depressed.

You have to make a conscience decison to STOP. When you are down on your self it really only affects you. Nobody else is feeling that pain and depression so really no one can truly help you. You have to help your self. Whether it is by making the decision to seek medicalhelp (therapy and prescription drugs) or to just take control and refuse to give in to the despair. You have to say that by giving in you are contributing to the depression... you have to take into account all of the good things you have in life and just thank your lucky starts for them! When you are feeling like you are about to have a breakdown..stop for a minute and think that YOU are the one who will feel like crap from this and dont let your self cave! If you dont commit to feelig better you never will.
I am bi polar and without insurance I was left with no more medicine that I was used to...I had to get a grip and tell myself that I wont allow myself to cry in bed all day today... and when I try to dwell on all of the bad things (being poor becasue my dad dies and my mom bounced) I dont let myself becasue dwelling on it doesnt change it!
All Im trying to say is that you will only begin to feel better when you allow your self to feel better I know you can do it!

Have something to focus on like a hobby or just a simple task like cleaning the kitchen.

Once doing this, enjoy it and try being happy about your change.

Reward yourself with small treats to give you an ego boost. Whether its a bar of chocolate and a mug of tea. Or a soak in the bath.

Try starting looking forward to the day before it starts.

Try looking at this website to see if this product will help you. It helped me out of a 4-year depression. I have been happy for about a year now and I am so glad that I purchased the program. It is not cheap, but I would do it again if necessary.

First see if there is a physical/medical reason for it. If not, get up and get busy, preferably doing volunteer work or helping someone in need. It's the last thing you feel like doing, but it always works!

Positive thinking! It is related to your mental. Whatever you do, if you still carry your desperation, it ends up with NOTHING!

Try to appreciate what you have now and not to complain what you don't have.
