You have to spend time with a person to find out if you like them and are compatible. Sometimes, after time, you find out that you don't really like that person; and then, NEXT....you start the process of courtship all over again!! So much time and energy spent into the process. And you can't rush it, because it takes time to get to know someone too!!

it's so true. that's why i make sure that i have fun. not only finding out her personality, i want to see more than just the facade. first date of course is just testing the water, if we both have fun, then i won't mind asking for the second date. if things didn't work out, at least i had fun going out.

I know the feeling. My king has not arrived as of yet so I'm taking time out just for me. Dating can be fun or it can ge tiresome but you don't give up because the moment you decide to give up your prince charming could be that person. Anything worth having is worth working at and taking the time out to nurture it. So just be patient and wait on the Lord and let HIM guide and direct your path to happiness.

You do not have to date anyone! Neither do you have to spend time getting to know anyone. Just do the things that you like to do,
Go to places that you like to go to, travel places that you want to explore. Dress with dignity, not with your butt on display as though your ready for the next penis that comes along. If you do, that will be the attention that you will get!
At the places that you like to go to, going the things you like to do, you will meet people like and doing the same. You do not need to date, you will see a lot, learn a lot just by being, doing, traveling.
Take martial arts, go to the Theater, play tennis, learn to ski, what every! You do not have to try out every male as though you are looking for a shoe that fits.

I am so incredibly tired of dating. Im not excited about being alone, but I am too tired to waste my time with bullshit and then have it all fail in a year. I just want to meet someone nice that I click with where the realtionship is something that just works and that I dont have to work so hard it.

No I dont agree. Coz if you think of dating as "JFF", it will never become boring and in the process of having fun one fine day you would find that you have found the perfect person. and after that the date will never be boring. So conclusion is dating is never boring.

You can date more than one person at once...b/c dating is not a relationship and its not exclusive. Go on several dates a week and then narrow it down to one guy to see over the weekend

The last man I dated I feel in love with and recently he left me. The idea of dating again scares the hell out of me. I loved so deep and complete that I thought deep inside my "dating days" were over. Guess it goes to show you never really have what you think you have.

Kind of but u have to learn to enjoy it and its not as bad. It just gets tiresome getting let down when it doesnt work out. And be glad u are getting dates.

I know what you are going through. I have been in those situations. I am still looking for Mr. Right. But, it's fun being single. My best advice to is to have a girls night out and move on.
