Cauliflower Cheese
Put Cauli in bowl with water and cover and cook for 5 mins.
Make white sauce in microwavable jug (1 oz butter, 1 oz flour and 1/2 pt milk) for 4 mins, then add 1 oz chees and put back in microwave for 1 mins.
Pour over cauliflower and season as desired. I put pepper and rosemary and garlic salt on mine.
I never knew it could be so easy to make a white sauce in a microwave.

really easy and good corn on the cob:
just shuck and wash it, then wrap it in cellophane (doesn't have to be tight) and zap it for about two minutes for a medium sized ear. I don't know times for doing multiple ears. Watch out! It will be scorching hot, but grab it out of there with protection, and let it sit for a few minutes. You can dunk it in cold water to expedite the cooling process, if you want, but unwrap it when you can touch it, and enjoy a delicious snack. I learned this from my mom, so props to her, and she likes it with butter and salt, but I just eat it plain. So good....
