Girls are ultimately looking for character. It refers back to that old saying that girls like the bad boys. That's actually not accurate. What we like is for guys to know who they are and be it. To not just take what people say as fact but to know why you believe what you believe. To be confident and content in who you really are. To take your talents and develop them. If you are creative, we want you to take this and apply it in your life in every way you can. If you are athletic, we want to you be strong and healthy and cultivate it. We want you to be informed and care about the world.
Then, we want for you to take your full life and actively involve us in it after we see what a treasure you are.
In reality, the people who are popular are the ones who are confident. THE WORLD WILL TREAT YOU HOW YOU SEE YOURSELF. If you have low self esteem, the world does not see any worth in you. If you are confident (but not arrogant) then people will see that you know you have value and will seek to find out what that value is. This is the difference between popularity and obscurity, nothing else. It's not looks, talent, or anything else.
I've seen what would be a beautiful person be teased because they had low self esteem, and I've seen what I would think to be a physically ugly person be popular because of the confidence they had

For me a guy becomes hot, when he shows intelligence and a good heard and humour. Of course this is something you don't see at first sight, so if it is about looks, then I don't care about commercial beauty, I like someone with a difference, a character. And I like men who have their own style and don't try to look like someone else.

Hard to say. Its different each time. With some men its the way they look at you. Deep intense eyes, mmmm with others its the way they behave (girls study the way they behave). They have to appeal to the way a girl likes them to dress (taking into consideration we all have different tastes). I like casual looking men but some like them really smart. Do NOT overdrink if you are out, that puts us off! Be a gentleman (without going over the top, cos thats embarrassing). Just remember we all like different things, but most of all, just behave like a human being and be friendly and open.

Personality wise I look for confidence, goals, ambitions, and a sense of humor. If he's able to hold a good conversation, he shows me that there's intellegence and depth to him. When he asks questions about me, it shows me he's not self centered.
When it comes to looks, a man who is out of shape demonstrates a lack of personality traits I'm looking for. If he's out of shape, he's obviously lacking the personal drive to keep himself healthy.
A fit guy, with nice eyes, and a decent haircut is definitely hot!

I am a girl so i will tell you my opinion on it. I don't like the ones with the high society acted I'd rater have a guy that isn't afraid to get dirty every now and then and has a great attitude.

Sparkly eyes that are full of life and naughtiness

A delicious smile
Sturdy shoulders and arms (for protective capabilities)
Looks aren't massively important to me (although basic grooming skills are essential), I go for the 'ugly beautifuls'. I like there to be something unusual about them.
Is that a good list? Will it do? Will it give me 10 points? lol

I would look for his personality, his sense of homour, nice body, looks are not important, he has to have a good heart, and fun to be with, and when he hugs you feel safe and warm - ummmmm - just like when you dring hot chocolate and relaxing

i look for confidence (but not arrogance), strong arms so i feel protected, a great sense of adventure & a wicked sense of humour.
i can make a guy hot if i put my mind to it!

i find......you gotta look ok but not be up yourself, you gotta put them at ease in a funny but not weird dude kinda way, you gotta be aware of the game....cause there definately is a game!
Bit of testing on both sides see what can get away with without pushing the limits
