A dead heat between Jamaican Airlines and Qantas, with their 'Dreaming' designs based on aboriginal artwork. But then, I expect the jamaicans are too laid back to worry anyway!

The Boeing 757's of America West had some nice paint jobs, different state flags. And then there's 'ol baseball tail....... yep........
I think the absolute worst color scheme I've ever seen came out of a mothballed "hello" MD80, i think the interior choice of colors alone was enough to make people morbidly afraid of flying.
but seriously i think i am going to go for safety, Southwest is my favorite aside from the nausiating paint jobs...... lavender and orange???? seriously???

Air Jamacia is one of the most colorful. I also like the color scheme to Cathay Pacific.
