thats what your bf thinks. were you thinking that when you cut your hair, that "im getting my haircut so that i can show my bf I care less."

If you didnt think that then, the answer to your question is NO.

Your brother is partially right. Usually when a woman is getting ready to leave a relationship(whether consciously or unconsciously), she makes changes to her appearance, the easiest being cutting her hair. But there are other signs too, such as possibly a wardrobe update/change, spending more time doing things alone or with friends, etc. That said, just because a woman is in a good relationship doesn't mean she stops taking care of herself and getting her hair done! Whether you wanted to donate to locks of love and short hair was the by product, or you were planning on going short anyway and wanted to do something incredibly loving and generous in the process, that alone does not mean you do not care about your boyfriend and your relationship. But the one thing that is of concern, is how you seem to have doubts just because of a stupid comment your brother made. Maybe you should think about if you really are happy where you are if something so small makes you doubt your relationship's stability.

A true relationship is not based on the physical features but whats in your heart. Tell your brother that if he shaves his head bald does that mean he isn't interested in girls anymore. I"m sure that he will say no. Hair has nothing to do with a relationship or at least it shouldn't. By the way are you and your bf still a couple and if so then you have your answer to your question.

What kind of insanity is this? Is this the reason why you cut your hair? Then it's not a sign of how you don't care, it is a sign of how you DO care about others, you gave it to Locks of Love! Sounds like your brother is a little selfish, and wants you to do what is best for him not what is best for you and others!

Not at all. That's one of the silliest things I've heard in a long time. You cut your hair for a good cause and it still looks cute. You are the only one who knows how you feel about your relationship.

No, I heard that when a woman cuts her hair off, it is a sign that she needs a big change in her life. But not necessarily her love life..

Good job..I have donated hair twice to Locks of Love..they are a good charity.

No, it's not a sign you don't care about the relationship. Yes, some me prefer longer hair, but in the end I think they'll realize it's your decision and your hair, and it does grow back. If anything I think he'll realize what a selfless act it was to donate your hair to such a worthy organization.

Your brother is a dork. Obviously you care a great deal if you cut your hair for a good cause. You didn't do it maliciously or anything. What does your boyfriend think of your new do? If he really does care about you it wouldn't matter if you were bald honey! don't listen to your brother.

I don't think your hair has anything to do with your relationship with your boyfriend.I also donated my hair to lock of love and I was single at the time does that mean I dont' care about myself.I think it just means you actually care about other people and helping humanity.

Umm I don't see how doing that is a sign of anything other than the fact you have a great heart for helping out Locks of Love!!
