God bless you, Melinda! They are so blessed to have such a thoughtful granddaughter.
I'm a grandma many times over and I can tell you the most special gifts are the ones my grandchildren make for me. A special gift for your great, great grandma would be a weekly visit. You could give her a card telling her you'll visit her every week at a certain time. Then make sure you keep your promise. She won't be around forever. God bless you, dear one!

I've always found that what my grandparents want most is a visit and a good conversation. I've also volunteered in nursing homes lots of times - many people don't get many visitors, if any. It would be great if you could go and meet some of those people and really make their day. Just sit and talk for a while - you'll learn all kinds of stuff.

Just a gift from the heart, perhaps a framed picture of you and them. Write them a poem or a letter, let them know you care.

I'm a grandparent, and I like the idea of a picture, or maybe a small bouquet of flowers. We always like to look at pictures tho.

I think just a card and some fresh flowers. You visiting is probably all they would want!
