115 dollars depending on hair length. if really long then around 150-200 dollars.
any face shape.
yes side bangs will look good.
a good length would be about 2-3 inches from shoulder
and it can take up to 2 hours depending on hair length.

it can look good with any face shape...you just dont want to curls to be too tight...try peach rollers...its going to cost you anywhere from 55 to $120 depending on what place you go...i would recoment going to a chain salon becaus eits going to be cheaper there..and every single stylis knows how to perm...we have to learn in school...not everyone does it though..but every salon will have someone who will....you will not get a better perm for more money...the rollers and chemicles are the same no matter where you go...but personally ask if they have matrix opti curl...it isnt to harsh and wont make your hair frizzy....its going to be more expensive for a sprial perm...and if you are going to get side swept bangs have them leave the bangs out and put vasoline on them so they wont perm...unless you want to have to flat iron them every day...depending on how well your hair holds curl it could last as little as a month or upwards of a year with a considerable ammount of regrowth that will be strait from your root
