Enjoy the day, but pretend your 29 this time and next year when your 30! do the rafting thing wear the badge, have champagne whatever. The best 30th prezzie your gonna get's your baby the thrill will be the same buzz as white water rafting especially if you have gas and air when in labour!

I know this sounds weird, but if you have a honey, a hubby, or close best friend. I would suggest a babymoon. I found a great article on babyzone. com and it so cool! Pretty much what it is, taking time for you and a loved one to relax and I guess connect more before the baby comes. Not only does it help with making your relationship with that person stronger, but also help stregthen the bond with the baby. Going to a hotel for the weekend and ordering room service, relaxing by the pool and other such things. Here check it out!

Also happy 30th and happy expecting!

If your not that far along - you CAN go whitewater rafting just cause your pregnant doesn't mean you can't do stuff -I wore a Bikini the whole time I was pregnant - of course I only got to 133 on the delivery table so I wasn't that big - and I'm only 5' 3". But, just cause your pg doesn't mean you can't enjoy life. Enjoy to the fullest - just be sensible.

Why don't you go up in a hot air balloon. I know it won't be as exciting and fast as white water rafting but it is different and will be memorable.

I have a friend that went to a spa while she was pregnant.
Some of them do special expectant mother treatments.
I would suggest you look at spas near your area for such a treatment she had a great time.
