try to google some ****** sites. don't look into **** sites.

Great question, I can help
I buy images for some of the largest companies in the world as a side line for my main role (a design consultant)...
I go to image libraries or archives for that sort of thing. Depending on the rights and permissions that you wish to purchase with the picture (do you want exclusivity etc.,)
The first one that pops into mind is www.zefaimages.com
It can be cheaper to get a photographer for a session for yourself, however the images rights issue is just as hard to get around in this context also...it is the photographers image irrespective of the fact you have paid him to take it!
Image searches will not work, they think of photos in the wrong way (and the image companies delibrately brand their photos in a way which will make them not appear!).

HOLD IT... you work in the field and you don't know enough to go to an agency and hire a model? Are you kidding? Or, are you just posting the question for the sake of getting a reaction?

I would get a smack magazine,copy the image from a copier,go to photoshop and import it.You should have no shortage of finding an image like that from "OUI!"

No silly answers at all. Take a camera when u retire to bed, and photgraph you wife's face when she has it. If unmarried, hire one and do the same. Very serious answer is'nt it ?
