like course screws or drywall screws or idunno. or maybe even those countersynking things with threads that you mount on the inside , you know what im sayin..I have had problems with strippin out the wood with screws in the past thats why im askin..

Actually T-nuts work best, but are a pain to put in. They simplify removal for service and won't get stripped out for repeated actions. Any kind of wood gets chewed after a while when wood screws are used.

Regular wood screws, or drywall screws will work just fine.

Make sure they have a wide or coarse thread. You dont wanna be there all day trying to screw it in! LOL

OH, if you are having problems with the wood breaking or stripping, try drilling a small pilot hole first.

use sheet rock screws but use the ones with the square in the head. It maes it harder to steal the subs

wood screws with kicker subs are good for me
