my hair is a dark brown and i have sapphire blue eyes
what color highlights and/or style would you suggest?
i have an oval face and am slightly tanned

I would suggest 2 colors for you a nice warm blonde and a caramel color, layers around your face and a half bang.(bangs lighter)

I think the copper would be great even if in highlights and as for style have it shoulder length and in wisps around your face. I think bangs work well to bring out eyes

Try a copper color or an auburn that is just slightly lighter than your natural hair. Too light and you will look very streaky.

Just light blonde highlights would pretty, But if you get them done have them done professionally. I wanted blondehighlights and got a bleach blonde head of hair.

Blond highlights will look really good. Style - I don't know - whatever you feel comfortable with.

I would put some blonde high lights in your hair. I have seen people with it and they look so good!!!

try LIGHT brown highlights
