grill it. grilling is healthier than frying. most of the grease falls to the bottom of the grill where frying the chicken stays in the grease which isn't healthy. Besides grilling seems to make the food taste better.

I would season my chicken then let it marinate before you grill it or fry it, the taste is better.

Personally, I prefer grilled. Frying it makes the chicken greasy, oily and full of Trans. Fats.
But, you are the one eating it...which do you prefer?

grilled is better for you and the spices will taste better...Now if you use seasoned breading the way to go is to fry in peanut oil

If you want a healthy meal, grill and serve with your favorite sauce. If you want a stick-to-your-bones meal, fry them up in vegetable or peanut oil. They're both great.

I prefer seasoned chicken baked. Cover with foil to trap in moisture.
