To answer your last question, no its not possible because there is no other way of protection from HIV. It would be different if you had HIV and he didn't because with a guy, at least he has a chance of not contracting HIV from a woman as long as he doesn't have any wounds around his penis.
I'm sorry, I'm a straightshooter and i'm gonna say what I believe....., it is very naive of you to trust the man you love who has HIV. You have to be honest with yourself and believe that a man you love is a person who loves you enough back to say that "I don't want to have unprotected sex with you even if the risk were really low because thats how much I love and care about you." Now he obviously didn't say that because then you wouldn't have asked the question.
Why don't you get married to him and adopt children? You could always have sex, but only and always with a condom. Thats my peace, now you make a decision thats best for you.

Trust and love have nothing to do with protecting your personal health or the health of an unborn child. If he loves and respects you then he will protect you. There is nothing that will protect against HIV except not to have any body fluid to body fluid contact. It is like playing Russian Roulette, you will contract the disease, it is just a matter of time if you have sex unprotected.
You can adopt or get sperm from a sperm bank, it will still be your child and you all will be safe.

HIV is a sexually transmitted disease. You will get it if you have unprotected sex of any kind. But that does not mean you can't have some kinds of sex....like mutual masterbation or dry sex....anyway just use a condom....that is the best way....you need to use protection durring oral as well.....also keep in mind you will not be able to have kids with this person...

NO!!! Don't do it. You will get HIV if you do. You will for sure. Don't do it. It is not a matter of trust, and he would never infect you purposely, but do not do it without condoms. Seriously. This is your life here.
I am sorry he is positive, but he will likely still live for quite a long time, and I wish you both the best.

no its not possible. the only way to protect yourself from hiv is by having sex with a condom. as far as getting pregnant maybe look for a sperm donor. i don't know how likely it would be to have an infected child if the father is infected but would you really want to take that chance?

No I am afraid not. There is no other way to have sex with him without you getting infected yourself. I feel for you. This is a tough situation. Why dont you talk to your doctor. If you want to have kids it is going to be tough because your kids can also become infected. I am so sorry for you
