Animals are animals. They don't have consciences or morals. They just do things, unemcumbered by the thought process. People have an innate sense of right and wrong (whether they use it or not) and are able to think in abstract terms.
You should have your dog neutered and he will calm down. (If you're not a dog breeder, you should have him neutered anyway.)
BTW there's nothing in the Bible about masturbation, one way or the other.

masturbation is nature taking hold on anyone or any animal yes it is OK to do no matter what anybody says. it is medically bad for you not to masturbate if you are a male. and you people are idiots animals do have souls and so do all animals and all humans.
