The Book of Enoch says the angels fell to earth for their lust of the daughters of men. Their offspring are the evil spirits ranging the earth. Angels appeared in human form to Abraham and Lot.

Both angels and demons are spirits; no bodies, no reproduction. The Book of Enoch is apocryphal, which means its authorship and truth is under question.

Angels came to earth because they lusted after women and wanted them. They also taught men things they weren't supposed to and bred with humans. These offspring would cause chaos, death, and eventually once they got everything they could from man, they started killing man and eating them. As well as all the other animals.
As a punishment, God bound the bad angels so they cannot do anything until the end days, and killed the giant offspring from human/angels. That's why we have the flood. That was God ridding the humans of all the evil and non-earthly knowledge as well as the angels' evil children.
There are still good angels that do their jobs everyday.
When it comes to demons, they were formed from angels breeding w/ humans.
See angels live eternally and humans don't. So these hybrid angel's have a spirit that lives eternally. What does this mean? Once you kill them, they're spirit is still on this earth. And since they were bad in life, their spirit is still bad in the spiritual realm. So this is where demons come from.
Angels and demons do not live on the "human" realm of earth. They live on the earth, but in the spiritual realm, angels functioning in the good realm, and demons functioning in a seperate bad realm.
That's why people experience angels and ghosts and aliens. Because the angels and the demons are on earth and they can tap into our human realm. (I say ghosts and aliens cause they are actually demons fooling humanity into thinking there's more out there. So lots of humans get fooled into thinking if there's aliens theres no God. But really, they're just being tricked.)
Neither angels nor demons can reproduce. What God made is all there is.
If you want to learn more about it you should read the entire book of Enoch. Very interesting.
It also explains how there isn't a hell. But rather a place called Sheol. Where all spirits of the dead wait till judgement day. Because no one is judged till the end.

I think its awesome that you are learning about God from his word, even though it is not in the standard Bible. More Christians should.
Although the book of Enoch is in the Ethiopian Orthodox Bible. That's right, it made it into the Bible in Africa.
