A six week old puppy can die from dehydration or Parvo withhin a very short order. Parvo is especially deadly. You need to go to the vet.
Also you need to get him his regular shots if you have not done so already. There is a series of shots your pup will need, and they should be given three weeks apart.
You can ask your vet if you can make payments. Some vets will do that. But if you can't afford the vet bill, you can't afford the dog. Harsh but true.

OH MY GOD PEOPLE!! Yes, the dog needs to go to the vet, but first of all, the dog is STRESSED! It's a new environment, for pete's sake! Make sure you are feeding the pup the right chow (like Iams Large Breed Puppy Chow) and mix in some yogurt, it's got to be the kind that says live, active cultures on it, because that replaces some of the bacteria needed by the pup. I had the exact same problem with my little guy when I got him just over a year ago. Don't put off going to the vet. Every pup needs a good, clean bill of health, but if it's not something you can go do right away, try the yogurt mixed in with the food (also, not plain... for some reason, the flavored stuff goes over better with dog food.....)

OK first and for most TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VET!!!!! This is very important your dog probably has worms every puppy is born with them. or it could be something worse like parvo. and parvo can kill this puppy. within few day's. this puppy is also being dehydrated. your puppy needs medical attention. I worked for a vet clinic for over two years as a vet assistant and have seen many puppy's come in this way. The puppy dewormers that you see in the pet stores aren't as affective because they aren't always stored in the right temperatures. Also they don't cover all of the worm's that are out there. you might need something stronger to take care of the problem. also your puppy needs to be on antibiotic's so she doesn't get anything else puppy's can get almost anything at that young of an age. they also shouldn't be around any other dogs that you don't know if there shots have been up to date! Get your dog to the vet. if you can't afford it i know that pet co will usually have a vet that they work with that does low cost vet care. you might want to contact them to find out who you could take your puppy to.

No, you CAN'T "do without going to the vet." Your puppy may have worms, it may have Parvo! You've let it go 3 days with loose stool, he's probably dehydrated as well.
It's only 6 weels old! Be a responsible pet owner and give the puppy the care it deserves. It should be getting it's first vaccinations by now, so you DO need to go to the vet.
If you can't afford a vet, bring the puppy to the shelter so it can at least be treated and adopted to someone who will care for it properly.

Are you feeding the same food as the breeder did? Changing the food can cause diarrhea, or even if your water is different than what he was drinking. As another poster said, he will need his shots and need to be dewormed so he should go to the vet anyway and the vet can tell you what the problem is.

Take the puppy to the vet. You are playing with it's life by not doing so.

He probably has worms so you will need to go to the vet for that. If you weren't prepared to properly take care of the dog you should not have gotten him in the first place.

He might have worms. Pet stores sell dewormer, but you really should take him to the vet for his shots, if you haven't already.

Try feeding him some cheese. Not too much! A slice or two should do.
