I mean.... men mature differently, just because they are 30 doesn't mean they are living like they are 30. They could still be 18 in their mind. If I were 18 and wanted a a older man, i would start with maybe around 23. They are over getting drunk all the time (age 21) and they have some education behind them hopfully. Sometimes it's best to stick with you own age because you can grow together. But with me being 23 going on 24. If I wanted someone older and more mature then my own generation, I would go after a 30 year old right about now. But I'm 2 days older than my bf that I've had for 2 years and he is mature I think for his age and not having any kids of his own, because he stepped in like a father to my daughter. So.... you might be plesantly surprised.

It depends what you plans are...
Personally, Italian guys are low on my list of "to dos"... who want to hear mom's name mixed into a relationship all the time! but perhaps your guy is an exception.
What will impress him depends largely on what kind of guy he is. Like US guys, there are many different kinds. I think a pretty safe area is food and cooking... try to master some basic pasta cooking (or ask him advice on how to do it... ), and make sure you have some of your own recipes down pat. Ignore completely the "mac and cheese", "spaghetti and meatballs" that are not at all correct by italian cookery. Have a look in your local library or bookstore to the "Silverspoon", it is the most well known and long sold italian cookbook in Italy, and copy down a couple of good recipes.
The way to a man`s heart is often through his stomach... just don't overfeed him.

Italian men Love welly dressed women sexy and truthfully ready to put out. I really don't mean to be rude but I lived in Italy for 13 yrs and know that most of my Italian friends always want a American women because Italian women are so hard to get and most American women are not especially if they are attracted to them.

Being yourself! Keep something in mind... I wouldn't use the terms fidelity and italian man in the same sentence!
