Contact the Attorney General's office of your state. Have information ready such as SS#, Valid proof of I.D., addresses, phone numbers and birth certificates. If you know your case file number that will help you more than anything. Another source of info may be your state's Department of Human Resources - they handle WIC, Food Stamps, HUD benefits, etc..

Most states have online websites where you can obtain access to payments made, when they were recieved and mailed out. You can also obtain current balances on any arrears as well. Contact your child support department for the web address or go to yahoo search, type in your state followed by department of child support. Then click on the link that says access. You may have to register, and they'll probably send you a code to access it via mail, but then you can check it whenever and where ever you want.

I submit child support payments for employees at my work. I will list the website I pay on and also a website that has information for child support, but I think it is for Ohio. Maybe this may help.

go online and do a search. Also check with your local chlld support agencies. Good luck! Or better yet, get a lawyer! That is what I had to end up doing. He found out the my son father had been working under a false social security number. he found out how long he had been there,so now of course, he is pissed off that I found out.
