So often we become overly zealous or the opposite, but rest assured we all receive gifts from God .The most dangerous thing one can do today is to neglect to use what God gives us. The unprofitable servant was cast into hell not because of a sinful life, but because he was unprofitable. He didn't use what God had given him. We sing about standing on the promises, but all we really do is sit in the pews wanting someone to give us something. However the devil will work you to death and make your walk with God impossible, DON'T LET THAT LIAR DO THAT. God will gently lead . AS He leads follow and remember He won't ask the impossible.

You would use your gift to glorify God by just showing Him that you care and you're really grateful that God has appointed you with that certain gift. Also by doing His will in what it is He wants you to do no matter the circumstances. That is a very interesting question. All I can say is give Him praise because He deserves it.

Depends on what "gift" you are talking about. But I have found a have a talent for finding the middle ground, making peace between people who don't see eye to eye by showing them reason. Which can be important because so many forget reason altogether in their beliefs on God. I remind them that God requires faith but not blind faith, there is reasoning and logic in all that He does and that all must work to find the logic so that they can show others who don't believe why they should believe. Logic comes first, the love will follow naturally after they know they have the right God.

Live your life according to the Holy Scriptures. Be humble and love your neighbor as yourself.
You glorify God by setting an example for everyone else to follow.

It is important to understand that gifts that are given to us by God change according to what he wants from us at any given time.

I was blessed witht the gift of healing when my sister in laws father died suddenly. I went to their house in the middle of the night so that they could travel to the spot of his death, and sent along with her my little mini bible. She read it on that long trip and it blessed her with thoughts of comfort (she was a non believer).

Right now I have been blessed with the gift of sharing my knowledge of Gods word with many others. I have to admit that I am enjoying this time very much.

I know to remain open to what God wants from me at all times, and that includes doing what ever may need to be done at any given time to give all the Glory to God.

I'm not 100% sure what my particular gifts are yet, I'm still praying on that one. But I try to be a good listener to my friends and anyone else that should happen to need to be heard, I seem to attract that. I also try to be respectful of others and most of all, I have fun with life, and thank God every minute for it! :)

Having four groups online, one to encourage Christians and bring them together to share God's Word, another for those who are searching for life's meaning, another for the addicted and life controlling problems, and the other to support people in their grief.

God has given me gifts to support and help, encourage, come alongside those who are hurting, as well as having the necessary qualifications and experience of dealing with such. All these are God's gifts to me to enable me to live our His purposes for my life.

I am truly blessed - Thank You Jesus!

Be in prayer every day so that God can help you to use your gifts on his behalf. Thank him daily for those gifts. When/if people compliment you, say, "Thanks, God's given me this talent and it brings me so much joy to share it with you." Just let people know that you are doing it for his glory.

I'm still trying to figure out exactly what my gift is so I'll get back to you on that...in the meantime I serve in my church nursery. I know how to take care of babies, so I do that.
