Can you please elaborate its harmful effects?

Iv used to wear them on, when I sleep during the daytimes. Iv been doing this for some time now, and now my vision has gone down again even wearing the contacts. So I was just wondering if the real problem is with my eyes or with my contacts.

IT DOES SOMEWHAT....IF YOU JUST FALL ASLEEP WITH THEM ACCIDENTALLY...THATS OK....BUT IF YOU LEAVE THEM IN FOR DAYS IT WILL TAKE SOME CELLS WITH IT WHEN YOU REMOVE TO REPLACE THEM.... PROTEIN PILES UP AROUND THE EDGE AND IN BACK AND CAN GIVE YOU A NICE INFECTION AND CAUSE THE VESSELS TO GROW OUT TO THE EDGES SEEKING OXOGEN....BEEN THERE DONE THAT TO SAVE MONEY AND GOT SCARED....SO DONT YOU ONLY HAVE ONE SET OF EYES...KEEP THEM HEALTHY

yes if they are not extended wear. they also get dirty clean them or change them call the dr. to see what he says about your eyes and contacts
