Dyes aren't all bad...you just have to make sure that you get the right one. Make sure that you use one that moisturizes and comes with extra conditioner that moisturizes. The biggest tip that I have found to help with healthy looking hair is to keep it trimmed. Every 1-2 months, trim off the dead ends...you'll be amazed at the difference that little thing will do.

Use conditoner, and leave some of it in ur hair. Your hair has been stripped with the dye. Put some nutrients and moisture back in there by deep conditioning it. I use pantent pro v. I love the conditioner that comes with the dyes. That is the best.

Use a hot oil treatment once a week. And use a moisturizing shampoo and a deep conditioner.
