Even if you did mean it there is no antichrist. Where is he? To whom would you devote that love to? You don't know neither does anyone else. It is a flippant remark that if anything if meant or intentional would be considered foolish or childish. Big deal.
The bible warns of antichrists as being false teachers of the Gospel. Revelation warns of a person that could be considered The Antichrist but in reality he will just be a false leader that directly opposes Christ. If at this point of him being revealed you did actual love this antichrist and confessed that, then yes I would consider that a problem of sorts.

If you truly did not mean it, then no. God knows slips of the tongue, a lack of mental clarity, distractions, irony, sarcasm, and so on, happens. What matters is if you actually believe it. Just pray, and talk to God about what happened, and ask forgiveness for your moment of denseness.
Then spend a few moments in contemplation... reflecting on what just a little slip of the tongue can accomplish or destroy... take it to heart and learn from it.
However, I can only assume you are a Christian, and are being honest. If you are not a Christian, or are not being honest... I'd seriously be concerned.

Oh oh. Not good. The only thing you can do now is sneak up into heaven (at night is probably best) and break into the divine surveillance system and steal the 24/7 video tape of your life and delete that part. Might be risky, but hey .. who wants to burn in hell for one sentence they accidentaly said??

Yes, when you wake up tomorrow you will find that parts of your body have fell off and you're a mouse with big ears and a park in Florida wants you to go to work for them greeting kids all day.

sorry, too late, you're going to hell now
just kidding. Words only have the power that we give them so I can say "I love the Antichrist" all day but it doesn't matter unless I actually mean it.

Well if you didn't mean it then I really wouldn't worry about it. But if you said in front of people and you're worried about their perception of you then simply just tell them it was a bad joke.

Jesus says to love everybody, but that doesn't mean that if you love antichrist you have to do what antichrist is doing. Actually there is only one answer: "Jesus loves you", it doesn't matter what's the question... that's how dumb you have to be and not to worry
