The usual Italian Marinara tomato spaghetti sauce is traditional and you usually do chicken parm over spaghetti or linguine with melted mozzarella cheese on top. A hot side of fresh garlic bread and a fresh garden salad with low fat dressing completes the meal.

Chicken parmigiana is served with a marinara (tomato) sauce. A good side would be your favorite pasta with the same sauce or a different sauce.

I make my own spaghetti sauce for chicken parmigiana. I guess any jar sauce you can buy in the store will do. I serve noodles with it and a mixed salad. Bonn Appetite

A nice marinara sauce. With it - some pasta maybe, or some squash. Sounds good!

most of the low-fat sauces you can buy at the grocerry store are pretty good. Serve it with pasta, of course!

canned or jarred spagetti sauce. For a healthier approach, you can make your own sauce out of crushed tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano.
